Occupational Enterprises, Inc. (OEI)

The FullVIEW Program provides referred TANF participants with an individually developed plan which addresses their specific needs and goals.  The program provides:

• Transportation
• Job Readiness
• Skills assessments
• Resume Writing
• Employer Contacts
• Supportive services
• Other individualized assistance

 Referrals

Any VIEW participant can be referred at any time within the 24 month period.  The ideal approach is to begin an appropriate plan at the beginning of the 24 month period.  This allows maximum time for readiness, development, stabilization, promotion and retention.

 Recommendations for Clients

FullVIEW recommends that all clients have the following:

• Full Battery Assessment
• Job Readiness
• Skills Inventory
• ADA accommodations
• These components may be part of the plan at different times for different participants
