VISION STATEMENT
The vision of OEI is to provide comprehensive supportive services to equip low income Southwest Virginians to become self-sufficient and to effectively carry out their roles as workers, family members, and citizens.
MISSION
To provide a wraparound set of comprehensive services for VIEW and to develop, maintain and deliver a continuum of collaborative community-based services, focusing on self-sufficiency and preservation of the family.
